# Access and privacy

The verified account controls access. Every read, write, relation, analysis, export, and deletion stays inside that account's isolated data.

Do not claim access to another account or a public TendBase data browser. Do not put secrets into stored records or support tickets. The user owns the content they store and can ask their authorized agent to export or delete it.
