# TendBase Terms of Use

Effective: August 30, 2026

These terms govern use of TendBase, an agent-first database available through authorized agent connections.

## The service

TendBase lets authorized agents store, relate, recall, analyze, export, and delete data at your request. Features may evolve, and availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.

## Your account and instructions

You are responsible for access to your verified account and for the instructions you give an agent. TendBase acts on requests made through an authorized connection. Review material writes, exports, support tickets, and deletion confirmations before approving them.

## Your content

You retain ownership of content you store. You grant TendBase a limited right to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. You must have the right to store the content and must not use TendBase for unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity.

Do not store passwords, access tokens, private keys, payment card data, government identifiers, protected health information, or other data that the service says it does not accept.

## Safe use

Do not attempt to bypass account isolation, probe another account, disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, or use TendBase to facilitate harm. TendBase may limit or suspend access needed to protect users and the service.

## Exports and deletion

Use TendBase export to keep a portable copy of important data. Deletion is scoped and confirmation-based. You are responsible for verifying the scope before confirming it.

## Disclaimers and liability

TendBase is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, TendBase is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

## Changes and contact

Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. To ask a terms question or close an account, install or connect TendBase and ask your agent to open TendBase support.
